The Montana Empowerment Center delivers free one-to-one telephone assistance to families, young adults, and professionals on special education or disability-related issues. We are available Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Family Liaisons are trained in special education law and procedures, early intervention programs, Transitions from high school, and a wide range of local and state-wide community services and programs. We are not a legal entity and are unable to offer legal advice.
